Very bad experience . The charges are very high according to the rooms . No food options and the quality of food is very poor . No A/C in the room . I am giving 1 star just because their customer handling is good they talk very politely and also the hotel has a good location and a good balcony view.

My fiancé and I stayed at Loft Executive Inn for two days and it was absolutely amazing. The rooms were super huge and extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. The food at their restaurant was delicious. We didn’t have to go out to try the food outside since everything we tried at Mango tree was super tasty. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to book a stay in Shillong.

I’m happy to share my experience at the loft. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the maintenance was spotless, and the food exceeded expectations. A solid 5 star stay overall- thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would eagerly return for another stay.

First time in the north eastern part of the India and had a wonderful stay with my family at Loft. The premium rooms are wonderful and spacious. Food was good and the service was great. Would recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Shillong.

Away from the urban hubbub, this place is quiet and isolated yet has all the facilities a family or a couple needs to enjoy a pleasant stay. Good food, good prompt service.
